Eligibility for Free and Reduced Tickets

Free Entry

    • Children (≤ 115cm): Children under 115cm in height enter for free.
    • Persons with Reduced Mobility: Visitors who use a wheelchair or require crutches receive free admission, as they can only access the panoramic sphere.

Reduced Price Tickets

    • Seniors (65+): Visitors aged 65 and over are eligible for a reduced ticket price of €15.
    • Students: Students with a valid student ID card can purchase a ticket for €9.
    • Children (>115cm - 17 years): Children and teenagers in this category pay €9.
    • Persons with a Disability: Visitors with a disability (not requiring a wheelchair) are eligible for a reduced ticket of €9.
    • Teachers: Teachers with valid identification can purchase a ticket for €12.

How to Claim

When booking your tickets online, simply select the appropriate ticket type for each member of your party. You will be required to present proof of eligibility (e.g., ID card showing age, valid student card, disability card) at the entrance when your tickets are scanned.

For free tickets (children under 115cm and wheelchair users), you should still "book" a free ticket online to ensure entry and help the Atomium manage visitor numbers.

Is there a family ticket?
The Atomium does not offer a specific family bundle. You should purchase the appropriate ticket for each family member based on their age and status.
What kind of ID do I need to show?
For age-related discounts, a passport, driver's license, or national ID card is sufficient. For students, a valid student ID card with a photo and expiry date is required. For other concessions, the relevant official documentation is needed.
Are there any free admission days for the general public?
Unlike some other museums, the Atomium does not have regularly scheduled free admission days for everyone.
